These terms govern your use of alwaysmap.com and alwaysmap.app (the "Service"), operated by AlwaysMap.

The service

AlwaysMap lets you design personal maps and order physical prints of them. You keep all rights to the content you enter (place names, people, dates). You grant us the license needed to store it, render it, print it, and — only if you publish a map — display it at its public link.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content of your maps. Don't include content you don't have the right to use, or content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringes anyone's privacy.
• Keep your account credentials secure.

Orders and printing

• Prices are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe.
• Prints are produced on demand by our print partner and shipped to the US address you provide at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.
• Because every print is custom-made from your design, orders cannot be cancelled once printing has begun. See our Refund Policy.
• You are responsible for reviewing your map in the print preview before ordering. The preview is what we print.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlwaysMap disclaims all warranties and limits its total liability for any claim to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
